Calypso Barnum-Bobb (she/they) is a Certified Trauma Informed Coach, Somatic Breathwork Practitioner, Speaker, Writer and the Founder of People Like Us.
Featured in Stylist and Gay Times, she works with both personal and corporate clients guiding 1:1 and group coaching, transformational breathwork sessions as well as empowering, empathetic and educational talks and workshops for global brands including Nike, Adidas, Puma, Converse, Glastonbury Festival, London College of Fashion and Soho House.
Previously a fashion buyer of 7 years, Calypso brings a creative, innovative energy to everything she does, using storytelling and subconscious reprogramming to help others unleash the power of their unique, authentic selves.
In 2023, Calypso founded the community People Like Us with their partner Natalia Spano, where together they host events and retreats that orbit self-discovery and movement for queer people.
As an advocate and activist for the LGBTQIA+ community, she also writes weekly via her Substack, Calypso’s Column where she shares intimately about her adventure into queer motherhood.
